Do I need a website?

If you have a message that you want to get out to people, you need a website or some form of online presence. Basically if you’re selling or telling, then a website is great way to do that. More and more people are turning to the internet to find businesses and organisations or to gather more information about products and services before calling. Over the past 5 years, there has been a steady decline in the number of people using traditional paper based directories to locate businesses and as internet adoption rates increase and the older generation catch up, the internet, as both a directory and advertising medium will be increasingly important.

How do I get a website?

There are many options for businesses when it comes to getting an online presence. You can build a site yourself with some basic knowledge, there are online pre-packaged template sites that you can use, or you can have someone like us build (and optionally) maintain a website for you. When a customer wants a website from us, we listen to their needs, get to know them and their business and get a real feel for how they want their customers to interact with the site and how they want to present themselves. In many cases, our customers don’t really know what they want until we start to discuss the requirements in detail. This process, while it can take a little longer initially, usually leads to fewer design iterations and a quicker turn-around.
