DHI Environment & Water – the Australian arm of DHI (head officed in Denmark) has engaged ContinuIT to provide local ICT consulting and support to their Australian offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, and Perth. The support arrange involves a mix of remote and local (Brisbane) on-site support to allow DHI staff to focus on their core business of providing expert knowledge, software and services in Water Management to their customers.
ContinuIT will work closely with DHI management and their global support team on key infrastructure projects as well as support issues requiring an onsite presence. This cooperation will lead to increased productivity for DHI staff and reduce costs for the global support team.
